After 25 years, InfoBonaire has a new look!
InfoBonaire has re-launched its website after a complete redesign that features brand-new logos for InfoBonaire and Bonaire Insider as well as a new eye-catching modern design. The new website is crafted to be more user-friendly, interactive, and responsive.
Since 1997, InfoBonaire has provided the latest news and information about tourism for Bonaire. The new website continues to include all things Bonaire, including activities for your vacation, recommended accommodations, restaurants, how to get to Bonaire, events, and the history and culture of Bonaire.
On May 19, 2021, I joined InfoBonaire and Bonaire insider as the new owner and Editor-in-Chief. After learning a considerable amount of information about running a website, I knew it was time for a complete transformation.
Of course, I could not do this alone as you all know this is a big website! Thankfully, Lisa Smith at Creative Web Solutions listened to my vision and brought it to life with her knowledge and expertise. After many months of hard work, I can finally share my vision with the world!
What’s new on the website?
Since the beginning, InfoBonaire and Bonaire Insider have had the same logos and color palette. It was time for a new modern look! The new logos and color palette for InfoBonaire and Bonaire Insider are inspired by the colors of Bonaire’s beautiful ocean blues, the views from the southern part of the island, and the stunning sunsets.
The main images on the pages have been updated to freshen up the content. Thank you to Meredith and Steve Schnoll with Reeftraveler Photography for sharing your stunning photography with the InfoBonaire and Bonaire Insider community!
The events calendar has been condensed to a single page and will contain a twelve-month view highlighting the events and holidays on Bonaire.
The menus have been slightly rearranged and reconfigured to display correctly on all devices, including your smartphone. With easy navigation, you can now find anything you need in a short amount of time on any device.
The search bar is now located in the website’s top right-hand corner. The new search bar will allow you to search all pages and articles simultaneously.
Please take a few minutes perusing the site and let us know your thoughts. The site is fully responsive, displaying well on any device, from phone to tablet or desktop.
