IRIE Sports & Wellbeing Bonaire offers a variety of group classes in various sports, including Yoga, Pilates, SUP Yoga, and TRX workouts. Ladina, your trainer, has 35 years of experience and a deep passion for sharing her knowledge with others, especially in the Yoga & Mindfulness field. She is also a professional massage therapist providing therapeutic massage treatments to clients. Ladina teaches various types of Yoga, including Budokon, Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Acro yoga. Most of her classes are Yoga Flow classes designed for all levels.

Types of classes offered

Group Classes – Choose from various classes throughout the week. Enjoy a morning Yoga class at the beach or watch the sun sink into the ocean during class at the end of the day. Practicing Yoga next to the ocean connects your mind and body with nature.

Private Yoga & Fitness – Do you prefer working out on a one-on-one basis? Let Ladina create the perfect workout to fit your needs to train your body and mind.

Budokon Workshops – Budokon is Japanese for “the way of the warrior spirit” and is a trifecta of Yoga, martial arts, and meditation. It is an intense full-body workout that blends the strength of martial arts movements with the fluidity of Yoga. Challenge the warrior within during a Budokon Workshop.

SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga – SUP Yoga is a unique and exciting way to practice yoga in the ocean. It combines the balance and core strength required for paddleboarding with the mindfulness and flexibility of Yoga.

Yoga for Wind Board Sports – As an avid windsurfer, Ladina knows the importance of Yoga needed for windsurfing and wingfoiling. The stretches and stability exercises incorporated in this class correspond to certain moves and tricks that align with board sports.

Massage Therapy

IRIE Sports & Wellbeing Bonaire also offers a variety of therapeutic massages? Choose from Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation, Dry Cupping therapy, and Trigger Point massages.

Meet Ladina, your instructor.

Ladina grew up in beautiful Engadin (Swiss Alpine valley), where she was drawn to nature and winter sports at a young age. In 1989, she opened a Dance & Aerobic Studio, which later merged with fitness and physiotherapy. In 1997, she became a Personal Fitness Trainer. Soon after, she became a mother to her daughter Natascha. In 2003, she expanded her specialties and became a Yoga Instructor. Over time, she became a Pilates Instructor and a massage therapist.

Ladina of IRIE Sports & Wellbeing Bonaire

 In 2015, Ladina decided to move to Bonaire with her daughter. Of course, it’s no surprise that she found a new passion – Windsurfing and Wingfoiling! After a few years on Bonaire, she founded her company, IRIE Sports & Wellbeing Bonaire. She loves Bonaire and appreciates the nature that surrounds her everyday.
